I felt that the contents page needed a little bit more on the page as there was a very clear empty space that needed to be filled. To improve this slightly, I change the layout of the text - making 2 columns in the 'regulars' section.
I also added some flares using different shapes they had available in Photoshop to make the page more interesting.

 3rd Draft (final):

In the end I decided to increase and alter the page numbers because they were not completely accurate regarding the contents pages number. I changed it to make it more suitable to an actual magazine.
